**Terms and conditions of booking and related disclaimer**
1. Payment of deposit (credit card will be charged an additional 3.5% handling fee (except for some free shipping items) at the time of payment) will be shown on the checkout page, and the remaining balance is required to be paid upon arrival of the item(s).
2. You must pick up the goods within 7 working days/days/business hours from the date of delivery notification. If you fail to do so, you will be deemed to have abandoned the goods, and the ordered goods and deposit will not be refunded without further notice.
3. Once you have read and paid the deposit, you agree to the terms and disclaimer in its entirety and we will treat this transaction as voluntary, non-coercive, in good mental condition and with good understanding of the language, therefore, once you have successfully pre-ordered an item, the order cannot be canceled: no refunds/alterations of purchased items or additional money to change to a different style.
4. The final style of the product, the addition or deletion of the contents, the coloring style, the title of the title may be subject to change due to the supervision of the copyright holder, all subject to the final shipment.
5. Payment for the goods can be made by opening the box for inspection (e.g. to confirm the contents), if there is damage to the contents (e.g. missing parts / damaged parts / serious defects in the parts (e.g. fingerprints / blisters / serious / overflow of color / stains of glue), we will apply to the agent to replace the goods for you, based on the limited stock in the store and the agent's right to make the final decision, we can not replace the same goods on the spot for the customer. 6. For missing or broken parts, please contact us within 7 days/working days/business hours after the sale, after which we will refuse to provide replacement for you.
7. Toys and some products will be shipped in cartons (brown cartons/cardboard cartons of any color printed in the manufacturer's default language). The shipping carton (brown box/coffee box/cardboard box) is not part of the contents of the item and therefore we do not perform or provide any form of after-sales service for all shipping labels, damages and defects of the shipping carton and problems with the outer box (e.g. dents, tears, etc.).
8. Goods shipment date may be due to various force majeure factors such as production conditions, disease, war, the manufacturer's business decisions and changes, the final shipment date of goods by the official website, please pay attention to the relevant official announcements shall prevail, if because of the factors mentioned above and incur losses incurred by the customer, unless the manufacturer takes the initiative to refund the money, otherwise the store will not make any refunds, please forgive me.
9. We do not accept all reasons (e.g. the purchaser is a minor; the purchaser is mentally incapacitated) for refunding the deposit paid, and we reserve the right to pursue the matter.
10. If your booking is made involuntarily, there is a possibility that you may be involved in personal disputes, criminal, fraudulent, misleading, coercive, bullying, etc. Please contact the Hong Kong law enforcement agencies to deal with the matter. We reserve the right to pursue any damages incurred.
11 Payment Matters
11.1 If you choose to use PAYME / FPS / bank-in as your payment method when you place an order, you must complete the payment within 48 hours and upload the payment record to the order notes / contact us for confirmation, after 48 hours of non-payment / late payment, we will automatically cancel the order without further notice, if you need to make a refund, we will charge you an additional HKD$150 In case of refund, we will charge you a handling fee of HKD$150.
11.2 The period of storage is 14 days, if the product is not collected after 14 days, we will charge you HKD$150 storage fee.
12. About the products that have been set up a limited number of purchases
For various reasons, some products are subject to quantity limitations (e.g. one item/unit/box/case per person), please do not place duplicate orders. Once discovered, the paid order will be withheld without further notice; unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.
In case of any doubts and disputes, we (Hobby Linkin) and HOBBY LINKIN CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND HOPE CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRADING COMPANY LIMITED have the right of final interpretation and decision.
